In South Florida counties, property records at the property appraiser's office are available online. You can find the current tax amount, sales history, owner information and other data on every property in the Tri-County area.
The Property Appraiser's sites provide valuable information on properties, owners, taxes, etc., including maps and parcel boundaries. However, if you are interested in accurate and current market value information, the best source of that information is in the MLS. If you are looking for a price opinion or market evaluation of your home, please contact us here and we will be happy to help you.
